Core Beauty Salon & Co. is not responsible for changes in tone, texture, curl pattern, extension longevity, slipping, matting, dryness, or overall hair condition resulting from the use of products outside of those professionally recommended. This includes, but is not limited to, non-professional shampoos and conditioners, toning products not prescribed, box color, chemical services performed elsewhere, improper extension care, or excessive heat styling.

Extensions and perm services require strict adherence to the prescribed home care routine. Failure to follow your professional hair prescription and aftercare instructions may void eligibility for a complimentary redo or adjustment.
