Appointment
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all guest our services are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all services require a 48-72 hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

Prices and Services are subject to change without notice.
No-Show
We are scheduling out a considerable amount of time for our services. Appointments that are not cancelled result in a loss of income to our service providers. If you No Show your appointment after we have reached out to you by Email and Text, you will be subject to 100% of the service charge of the anticipated service amount listed at the stylist level. This fee takes care of that service providers loss of income when you failed to cancel your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Every appointment is specially reserved for you! As a courtesy to our staff, and waiting guests, we request a 48 hour advance cancellation notice.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, you will be subject to 50% of the service charge listed at the stylist level. If you "No Show" your appointment, you will be subject to 100% of the service charge of the anticipated service amount listed at the stylist level. Ongoing no shows may be required to have a credit card on file and be subject to a service deposit to reserve future appointments.
Please note late arrivals, 15 minutes after appointment time, may be subject to a shortening of service offerings or a rescheduling of your appointment.
Services
Color Redos - When a clear mistake (not a change of heart after service(s) are completed) occurs during a service and the agreed upon color outcome is less than satisfactory and addressed within 48 hours of original service. The color redo must be booked within one week (7 calendar days) of original service with the original stylist at no additional charge *as long as the end goal of your hair color remains within the original agreement.
Product returns
We will gladly exchange any Hair Care product with a receipt within two weeks of purchase. Any tools and hairbrushes may not be returned. Those sales are final.
Gift Cards
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards must be present for redemption.
Kids
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that children do not accompany you to your service unless they are receiving a service themselves.
