Appointment & Cancellation Policy Agreement

Appointment Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We arrange appointments based on the availability and specialty of our professionals.

If you are running late, kindly inform us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, late arrivals may shorten your service time, which can impact the effectiveness and overall experience of your visit.

As a courtesy to all guests, services are completed as scheduled.

Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, depending on the service booked.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that time, and guests on our waiting list miss the chance to receive services.

Cancellation & No show Policy

Every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our professionals and other guests, we kindly request a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation, reschedule, or service change.

When appointments are missed, canceled, repeatedly rescheduled, or modified without sufficient notice, our salon incurs lost revenue and our professionals lose compensated working time.

Cancellation Fee Structure

To protect the time, availability, and livelihood of our professionals, the following strict and non-negotiable cancellation fees apply:

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: $75 fee

  • Less than 36 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service cost (based on stylist level), or $75 — whichever is greater

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 75% of the scheduled service cost (based on stylist level), or $75 — whichever is greater

  • Less than 12 hours’ notice: 100% of the scheduled service cost (based on stylist level), or $75 — whichever is greater

  • No-Shows: 100% of the anticipated service cost (based on stylist level)

All applicable fees will be charged to the card on file at the time of cancellation or no-show.

Multiple Services & Service Changes

If you have multiple services scheduled or wish to add, remove, or change services, all changes must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Changes made within the 48-hour window may result in partial service charges or applicable cancellation fees based on the original services reserved.

Lateral service changes—defined as a service change that is equal in time and equal or greater in cost to the originally scheduled service—will not be assessed a cancellation fee, provided the total appointment time remains unchanged.

Repeat No-Shows & Excessive Rescheduling

Guests with multiple no-shows (maximum of two occurrences) will be restricted from booking future appointments without a full, non-refundable payment deposit for services.

Guests who reschedule appointments more than two (2) times will also be required to provide a full, non-refundable payment deposit to secure future bookings.

Deposits are applied toward the scheduled service but are forfeited in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or policy violation.

Late Arrivals

Arriving fifteen (15) minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time may result in:

  • A shortened service, or

  • The need to reschedule, which may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee

Credit Card on File Requirement & Authorization

A valid credit card is required on file for all appointments.

This card is securely stored and is used to hold your appointment and to process any applicable fees in the event of a cancellation, no-show, late arrival, or other policy violation as outlined above.

In accordance with Texas law, by scheduling an appointment and providing payment information, you expressly authorize the salon to charge the card on file for any applicable fees due under this policy. All charges reflect liquidated damages for services reserved and are not penalties.

As a courtesy, our booking system provides an automated reminder at the 48-hour mark. Guests are responsible for managing their appointments and providing timely notice of any changes.

Services

Color Redos - When a clear mistake (not a change of heart after service(s) are completed) occurs during a service and the agreed upon color outcome is less than satisfactory and addressed within 48 hours of original service. The color redo must be booked within one week (7 calendar days) of original service with the original stylist at no additional charge *as long as the end goal of your hair color remains within the original agreement.

Product returns

We will gladly exchange any Hair Care product with a receipt within 1 weeks of purchase. Any tools and hairbrushes may not be returned. Those sales are final.

Gift Cards

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards must be present for redemption.

Kids

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that children do not accompany you to your service unless they are receiving a service themselves.
