Service Redo & Product Responsibility At Core Beauty Salon & Co., we stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 7-day window for service adjustments to ensure your results align with the original consultation. If you have concerns regarding your cut, color, extensions, or perm service, you must notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we can evaluate and make appropriate adjustments. Each guest receives a customized hair prescription tailored to their specific service, including color, extensions, and perm services. These recommendations are essential to maintain the integrity, longevity, and condition of your hair and overall result. Core Beauty Salon & Co. is not responsible for changes in tone, texture, curl pattern, extension longevity, slipping, matting, dryness, or overall hair condition resulting from the use of products outside of those professionally recommended. This includes, but is not limited to, non-professional shampoos and conditioners, toning products not prescribed, box color, chemical services performed elsewhere, improper extension care, or excessive heat styling. Extensions and perm services require strict adherence to the prescribed home care routine. Failure to follow your professional hair prescription and aftercare instructions may void eligibility for a complimentary redo or adjustment. Our recommendations are provided to protect your investment and ensure the best possible longevity and performance of your service.
